Our program is designed for all abilities and we love beginners! You do not need to come with any experience in the gym, just be ready to work hard!
Fully commit to the entire length of the program. There will be difficult workouts and challenges. We want participants who will see it through to the end!
Be disciplined enough to apply our nutrition plan. The program does not work without your consistency and efforts. You WILL see results as long as you follow the plan.
Understand that all transformations are welcome. This challenge won't be solely about losing weight, and every may come with a different goal in mind. That's what makes the class unique!
Be willing to take before and after pictures so you're able to track your progress. Results don't only come from a scale, being able to SEE them will help keep you motivated.
Have respect for your fellow class members, coaches, and the rules of the gym and come to each class with a positive attitude.
This is the 3rd gym I had tried in the area and by far the best one! All of the trainers are helpful, motivational, and knowledgeable. The small group training format is exactly what I needed to stay motivated and make sure I was doing exercises correctly. One of their head coaches sat down with me and helped me get my diet on track so I was eating healthy and getting the nutrients that I needed. The coaches also check in weekly to see how my nutrition is aligning with my fitness and exercise goals while keeping me accountable to my training schedule. In just 2 and a half months I’m already down 25 lbs. thanks to this awesome gym community!
Absolutely love I-Koach Fitness!! I started training here in June thinking I would just commit through the summer because I didn’t think I could fit in a morning workout once school started in August. I loved the classes, the coaches, the encouragement, and the push to challenge myself. So I found a way to fit it in. I am now down 20 Ibs. And have more energy throughout the day and don’t get that evening tiredness that I used to. Thank you to the coaches at I-Koach! First I want to say thank you to all of the coaches! Without your motivation and support I wouldn’t have been able to make it this far! I appreciate you all so much! I’ve been to many gyms and fitness classes and I’ve never been able to stick with any of them. I was at a point in my life where I weighed more than I ever have and I felt terrible and tired all the time. I knew I had to do something. I joined I-Koach Fitness in April. I had foot surgery in August and was out for two months. I’m back now and the coaches always modify anything if I need to since my foot surgery. I’m now down 34 lbs. and stronger than ever! Not only have I lost weight but I feel SO much better! Physically and mentally as well! I have so much more energy and I’m no longer tired all the time! I actually look forward to coming to the gym now! I can’t thank you all enough for helping and motivating me! You all are the best!
The 8 week weight loss challenge was a truly life-changing experience for me. Along with the guidance of all of the coaches, I was able to make significant progress towards my weight loss goals. The workout routines were challenging but motivating, and the coaches were always there to offer support and encouragement when I needed it the most.
